As our customer, you do not need to create any kind of account before and after buying merchandise or make booking. You will only need to provide the basic information to expedite transaction such as your email and your name.
Please be aware that we do not enclose your email to third party before asking for you permission (i.e. request for tour operator to directly contact you). Please refer to our Privacy Policies.
For every sales on merchandise, you will be charged 6% GST (Malaysia Government Service tax) of product price, Paypal transaction cost of 3% (if you opt to pay through Paypal) and delivery charges based on weight (15% fuel charge, 10% handling fees & 6% GST).
BookingThere is 6% GST charge for every successful booking. You will need to pay 60% deposit if you book more than 30 days before your trip. Should you book within 30 days prior to your trip, a full the total cost of booking need to be settle to confirm your booking.
There is no refund for successful booking unless under emergency situation (natural disaster, flight cancellation and other situation which we deem as not scam type effort activities).
Our standard product delivery is through Pos Malaysia either by Pos Laju or parcel delivery. We deliver our merchandise nationwide (Malaysia) and to international customer (90 countries). Please see the below list to make sure that your country is included before proceed for checkout.
Pos Laju is a faster delivery method but with additional premium charge as compared to ordinary parcel delivery. It is recommended that you only opt for fast delivery only if you need the item urgently. Delivery time is based on time schedule published in Pos Malaysia website which you can access at www.pos.com.my.

You can pay online immediately using Visa or MasterCard.
All payment will be closed in US Dollars (USD) at checkout.

We recommend using online credit card payment to expedite processing and delivery of your order.
Direct Deposit / Fund Transfer (Malaysia only)
You can directly deposit cash/cheques, transfer funds or wire transfer to our CIMB Bank account or to the beneficiary name as provided in your order. You will be provided with the required information and instruction in your email to complete the transaction.
Deposits can be made at any of the bank branches or cash/cheque deposit machines. Transfers can be made via their ATMs or Internet Banking. Please allow 3-5 working days processing time for Wire Transfer to complete the transfer.
